I finally found a priest who has offered to be my spiritual director and I am going to start meeting with him later this month. Please pray for me as I begin a new phase in my spiritual growth and as I start serious discernment. Thank you all. Peace!

You are blessed! May this relationship be a good one for both of you. One thing I recommend when people enter direction is to understand that whoever is willing to put up with you 😛 is the spiritual director you need, and do NOT expect that you need to be meeting with St. Francis de Sales or Padre Pio!

Like confession, spiritual direction sometimes functions on a level that you are not aware of while it’s happenng, but when you look back, you see how the road was made clear . . .
