I found out I was never Baptized

First, rest assured none of the sin in this situation is yours. Second, I would contact your Bishop immediately. He can over ride the priest wanting you to sit through 2 years of classes. and might be able to help you track down records and maybe get some clarity on the situation.

Your child needed help and your wife still left, even knowing this had nothing to do with your actions or choices? Unfortunately, it sounds like she had some issues already and is using this as an excuse. Please try and arrange a meeting with the Bishop or someone at his office to guide you into good Catholic counseling.

I genuinely don’t see why, after explaining everything to your Bishop and maybe answering some general knowledge questions on the Faith why he won’t be able to perform a conditional Baptism right there in the office. That would make the marriage valid and wash away any sins you may have.

I will keep you in my prayers, and offer up my Adoration time and communion this week for you, your marriage, child, and the resolution of this situation.

God Bless

(p.s. you’re parents absolutely need to go to confession, like yesterday)

They also never go to mass and insult my wife and I for wanting to raise our child Catholic. They told our young child to his face that his parents were stupid and to resist going to mass.
Obviously you know your parents better than we do, but based on this it seems like they could have just told you you were never baptized to be cruel. It just seems so much harder to fake a baptism than to just get your child baptized. I believe you I’m just not sure I believe your parents and they come across as being pretty mean.
