I just confessed to the priest to receive pardon for my sins, but there are some sins that I forgot to mention. Does the Sacrament of Reconciliation grants pardon also to my unmentioned sins? Or the unmentioned sins retained?

As long as you genuinely forgot to mention the sins, and didn’t willfully withhold them, then they’re absolved. I usually end my sin list by saying, “For these and all the other sins I might have forgotten, I am truly sorry.”

They’re all forgiven, yes. If any of them are mortal sins, you are to confess them the next time you go to confession.
