And I am going it first doing nothing. My first step has been to remain silent, take a slow deep breath and find the silent spot within myself where Christ dwells. So often things do not depend on me anyway. When people need to vent they just need to be heard. Most situations do not need a lot of words but rather well chosen word coming from a place of peace. It is a challenge to stay centered there but it makes all the difference.

That is really great. Peace is difficult to come by these days. I know you can hold onto it.

I pray that those difficult situations you are facing goes away soon if they are becoming unbearable. In Jesus’ Name, I ask. Amen.

Thank you. Supervising people at work: it is so much more than just work.

just as The Holy Bible says,

Proverbs 15:20
“A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish man despiseth his mother.”

Proverbs 10:1
The proverbs of Solomon. “A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.”

And so it could be the same with workers?
