I think you should relax; a baptized child of four is pretty much spiritually bullet-proof. Rather than sweating one of the many concepts he’s not yet ready to grasp, focus on continuing to raise him in your good Catholic family, living the life and setting the example.

I think I’d be more worried about carrying on an argument with a four year old during Mass…
