become a St. Robert Bellarmine, the Prince of Apologetics. I am only 13 but my friends and people who I chat to on the internet say I defend the Faith like a pro. My whole intent to join the Catholic Church was because of apologetic and how the Catholic Church fits every statement correctly that the Bible explains. My Priest says im very faithful and he is willing to allow me to join at this age this coming Easter. My lifes goal is to become a Priest, but I am still praying and discerning. My Pastor tells me to live a normal life, thats too hard for me! 👍 I love the Bible and I love Jesus. I thank Jesus every day he gave me the knowledge about this Church. Last year, I hardly knew a speck about Catholicism, now look at me, im converting. This is going to be a LIFE changing thing. I thank God for this. 🙂

Well I would have had no idea that you were a 13 year old. I think this is a great testament to the fact that the youth have a lot to offer the faith. Just don’t fall to pride and keep up the good work 👍

I ask our dear God to continue to guide and protect you, and to bless your life in every way that He desires.

Hello again JD. It’s great to see your journey continue. I did not guess you were 13. I thought you were probably late teens or early twenties.

God bless you in your discernment. You mention your priest and friends. You do not mention your family. I pray that your parents are happy about this conversion.

Speaking as a mother of two, it is exciting and frightening when your children begin to form independent minds and forge their own path.

I will pray for you.

Oh my Family is Baptist, but they are very encouraging for this. My mom is even thinking of converting to Catholicism. She says, sitting in the Baptist Church, you just took what you heard and left. In the Catholic Church, she says, “Everything is so clear when Catholics explain it than when Baptist do.” I find it amazing.
