Holy Spirit You who makes me see everything and shows me the way to reach my ideals. YOU who gives me the divine gift to forgive and forget the wrong that is done to me and who are in all instances of my life with me, I in this short dialogue want to thank YOU for everything and confirm once more that I never want to be separated from YOU no matter how great the material desires maybe I want to be with YOU and my loved ones in YOUR perpetual glory.

Say this prayer for 3 days without stating one’s wish. After 3 days your wish will be granted no matter how difficult it may be. Promise to publish this as soon as your favour is granted.

While I totally agree that the world in general and the World News forum specifically could benefit from more Holy Spirit, World News is a news forum and this post doesn’t belong in it.

Can somebody move this to Prayer Intentions?

Also, while giving thanks to the Holy Spirit is fine, the whole business about “Say this prayer for 3 days without stating one’s wish” etc is superstition. Catholics don’t believe or support superstition or that “wishes” are “granted” from prayer. The Holy Spirit is not a genie in a bottle.

I too give thanks to the Holy Spirit for working in my life and for the many blessings I receive.
