**I guess it had to come to this. After all, the homosexual activists and their secular left supporters have been telling us for years now that marriage can be anything you want it to be. They have made it perfectly clear that mere gender has nothing to do with marriage, so why should paltry matters like number make any difference either?

We now know that marriage equality is everyone’s right, and we dare not allow prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness to come in the way of real love. So if you happen to be head over heels in love with yourself, then who are we to deny you your right to marry?..**

Yeah it’s weird but I don’t see the problem. She did not legally marry herself, in fact there would be no way to do so or even any benefits to claim if it was legal. If she wants to have a weird ceremony just because, well that’s between her and…her.
 
I’m assuming it’s an “open marriage”. Basically, she’s throwing a party to declare herself single and opening a bridal registry.

Do you realize that a person could have made a very similar argument about a homosexual marriage 10 years ago? 😦

The moral relativism heresy is a slippery slope. The acceptance of contraception in the 1930’s is what started us down the slide. If you now allow homosexual marriage then you open the door to polygamy and incest (since if you can change one definition of marriage, then under what basis do you have a right to oppose changing the others). Of course, eventually you will reach the bottom of the slippery slope at which point marriage will have lost all meaning and nobody is even going to bother with it anymore since it has lost all its relevance. Of course, that’s assuming that God will allow things to get that bad…

So you think she should be stopped? This is just a woman throwing a private party for herself.
 
It’s basically a joke. She’s a self-centered dingbat trying to think of a reason to have a party and get people to give her gifts. It’s nothing worth taking seriously.

Making a mockery of a holy sacrament is never something I can support under any circumstances. Stories like this just further move marriage into the social context of being seen as something unimportant which can be abused and whose definition can be changed at will.

No, your not getting it. Contraception now means that anything goes. There are no rules to life no moral standards anyone can do what they like and society goes down the tube. The biggest victims of course are children.

But she didn’t do anything. Like literally nothing. She had this little celebration for herself either because she’s nuts or a self centered brat who just wanted attention. This is still no where near as crazy as the woman who married the Eiffel tower. But because it’s not a legal thing there really is nothing anyone can do to keep people from hosting these parties.
