I need a Conversion story

Today nice visit from the Watchtower Society, and was thinking that it would be nice to have printed out and ready a conversion story of someone from the Jehovah’s Witness to the Catholic faith that is short and readable but hits all the main points of the WTS shortfalls and the truths of the CC. Thanks!
 
I don’t know about a conversion story but you can look up under the faith tab about JW’s. There are several good tracks about them.
I printed them out with the idea of handing them out to them if I ever got the opportunity. I have got the chance a couple of times and they will not take them.
They are not interested in understanding our faith, but only in converting you and handing out their literature.

I think that it is only fair that if I take their literature they should take mine. I might even ask them to swear by the name of Jehovah that they will! If they wont take it ask them why not, if they say they aren’t allowed point out that it is interesting that they must follow the instructions of men, which is exactly what they claim we do.

Sound’s like you are called to evangelize the JW’s. I pray that you are successful. I know I haven’t had much success. I have tried the ‘if I take yours, will you take mine’ and they won’t. In fact if you tell them your Catholic you most likely will not see them again.

You’re welcome! 🙂 Keep in mind, though, that JWs are not supposed to accept any material from those they contact that is in any way opposed to their organization, so you might want to familiarize yourself with some of these personal histories so as to share them verbally when the visit again.
