does anyone know how I can contact an actual priest for some private questions?

If you go to www.masstimes.org you’ll be able to select a church near where you are. The site will list the address and phone number. That would probably be the quickest way to get the personalized help you need.

Hope that helps, and good luck!

You can also call any Catholic hospital and ask for the hospital chaplain.

or…Call your local diocese and ask to be referred to a priest in your area.

or…Call any college in your area and ask for the Catholic chaplain.

or…Look in the yellow pages under, Church – Roman Catholic.

Try Father Pat . He has a great internet ministry, and I believe he does reply to email questions.

All the Catholic Church’s should be listed in the Yello Pages. Keep trying till you find one who has time to talk.
Good Luck

It depends where you are. Sadly not all Catholic Churches have a regular priest. Some have to travel to 2 or more churches. Some churches have administrators that are not priests. When you do find one, please pray for more vocations.

God bless…

Contact “Catholics United For The Faith”(CUF). They have an excellent member ministry of questions and answers, and they actually do research for you if they cannot answer a question quikly. It is approved by many faithful Bishops here in the USA, and one cardinal: Cardinal Francis George, Bishops, Chaput, Burke, etc, the Bishop of Lincoln, Nebraska, etc.
