It’s from a movie that came out about eight or ten years ago called “The Boondock Saints”

If memory serves, it was about some guys that received a vision from God telling them to rid their town of evil men. So they proceed to kill a bunch of mobsters. In my opinion, It wasn’t a very good movie.
