I am at work right now and have a sister who is going through a family crisis. I need bible versus to share with her. Something that will comfort her. Can anyone help me?

Thank you so much!!

Here are some of my favorites. Choose the ones that best fit your situation.
From the Psalms:
How long, O Lord? Wilt Thou forget me for ever?
How long wilt Thou hide Thy face from me?
How long must I bear pain in my soul,
and have sorrow in my heart all the day? …
But I have trusted in Thy steadfast love;
my heart shall rejoice in Thy salvation.
I will sing to the Lord,
because He has dealt bountifully with me.
(Psalm 13:1–2,5–6)
Yea, Thou dost light my lamp;
the Lord my God lightens my darkness.
Yea, by Thee I can crush a troop;
and by my God I can leap over a wall.
This God — His way is perfect;
the promise of the Lord proves true;
He is a shield for all those who take refuge in Him.
(Psalm 18:28–30)
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil;
for Thou art with me;
Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
(Psalm 23:4)
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing;
Thou hast loosed my sackcloth
and girded me with gladness,
that my soul may praise Thee and not be silent.
O Lord my God, I will give thanks to Thee for ever.
(Psalm 30:11–12)
I sought the Lord, and He answered me,
and delivered me from all my fears …
The Lord is near to the brokenhearted,
and saves the crushed in spirit.
(Psalm 34:4,18)
When I thought, “My foot slips,”
Thy steadfast love, O Lord, held me up.
When the cares of my heart are many,
Thy consolations cheer my soul.
(Psalm 94:18–19)
Out of the depths I cry to Thee, O Lord!
Lord, hear my voice!
Let Thy ears be attentive
to the voice of my supplications!
(Psalm 130:1)
From the Prophets:
Fear not, for I am with you,
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My victorious right hand.
(Isaiah 41:10)
And I will lead the blind
in a way that they know not,
in paths that they have not known
I will guide them.
I will turn the darkness before them into light,
the rough places into level ground.
These are the things I will do,
and I will not forsake them.
(Isaiah 42:16)
For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
(Jeremiah 29:11)
I have loved you with an everlasting love;
therefore I have continued My faithfulness to you.
(Jeremiah 31:3)
From the Gospels:
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”
(Matthew 11:28–30)
From New Testament letters:
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
(Romans 15:13)
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as we share abundantly in Christ’s sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too.
(2 Corinthians 1:3–5)
Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:6–7)
I rejoice in my sufferings … and in my flesh I complete what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions for the sake of His body, that is, the Church …
(Colossians 1:24)
He has said, “I will never fail you nor forsake you.”
(Hebrews 13:5)
Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares about you.
(1 Peter 5:7)

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)
