Why at the origin of all things and all existence can’t be “Nothing” Nom-being?
Why can’t exist an infinite past nothing?

Are you asking about the creation of time?

From a Catholic perspective, there was no “before” the big bang because there was no time before the big bang. Before as a concept belongs to time, so a timeless existence cannot have a “before.”

Could you possibly elaborate more on your question?

The past can’t be infinitely long because it would take an infinite amount of time for there to be “something” from “nothing” and we wouldn’t even be here. We are here, thus the past can not be infinite.

How could ‘nothing’ generate not only existence, but rational (i.e. non chaotic) existence?

Just imagine, from ‘nothing’ comes an entire universe, all randomly generated but somehow just due to the fact that it’s generated, bits and pieces appear to operate in a rational way. But not ‘super rational’. . . planets are not perfectly shapes, orbits are not perfectly symmetrical, etc.

On the observable planets there are some suitable for ‘life’, but none have developed in a ‘logical’ way. And of course there are always random events like asteroids hitting and disrupting life. . .

And on our planet, we get life developing in a perfectly fine way (the dinosaurs) and then WHAM! they’re gone, but the planet is still supporting life and does support insect life which one would THINK would become the dominant form but instead, crazy isn’t it, MAMMALS take over, because some of them develop ‘rational thought’.

In a universe which is totally random, where something came from nothing and there is no purpose and even the observable elements all contain elements which are ‘random’, one species only ponders, searches for, and elevates ‘rationality’ and purpose.

Where did THAT come from?
Why, since it does not BENEFIT the individual or even society, do we follow it?

If all is random and we’re all just going to ‘flash and disappear’ why is there such a need to conserve resources (which will all fail sooner or later), to 'propagate the species as the ‘supreme purpose’ for millions of years but now out of favor in place of ‘saving the planet’ --for WHAT? The planet is going to ‘go’ too!!!

Sorry, the whole human psyche seems to be based on a view that is ‘super’ natural; outside the observed forces/science and yet, explaining the ‘glitches’ that seem ‘random’ yet keeping the over-arching rationality that is part of our condition of being human such that it is part of our name (homo sapiens sapiens). . .
