You would have to apply to a diocese in Canada, unless you’re willing to go into a society of consecrated life. Given the way seminary works in Nigeria (i.e. very strict), as well as your position in seminary studies, you would be better off getting ordained and then requesting incardination, if that really is your desire. In theory though, you could talk to a vocations director in Canada, who could then assist in guiding you better. You would, as part of the process, have to apply for some form of visa, which is difficult enough in the United States.
It also helps to know a few of the Nigerian clergy, if there are any in the area.
