We have a baby and agreed I can raise him catholic. I have concerns though about if my baby is allowed to be baptized ect. I would be the only catholic in my family!

It’s entirely possible for one spouse to become Catholic while the other does not (or at least not at the same time). It’s good that you’ve discussed it and your husband has no objections either to you becoming Catholic or to raising your child Catholic.
It might be good for you to complete the process of being received into the Church before you have your child baptized. There’s no firm commitment for you to become Catholic up until the end – you might change your mind or temporarily delay things for various reasons – and it would be awkward (at best) for your child to be Catholic if you weren’t.

Welcome, Chasingtruth, and congratulations for your baby! What an exciting time for you!
You will probably have to take RCIA classes before being received into the Church. This allows you to make a very informed decision. There should be someone at your local church who can tell you exactly how it works in your parish.
This is a wonderful time for you and your family. I hope that altho your husband doesn’t want to convert, that he will be able to join you for at least some of the classes.

I would say convert! 
God has given you a rare blessing of a husband that is already supportive of Catholicism for you and your child! Very few spouses encounter such a blessing of having a spouse be supportive of their conversion! So if you feel called, the door is wide open…go for it! 
You will first need to talk with a priest to enroll in RCIA classes. He will know where to lead you from there. Then once you become Catholic, then you can get your child baptized in the Catholic Church.
