Feel free to use it. It is similar to some I have seen in other places –

****Immediately after confession, as long as absolution was granted, while lying prostrate directly in front of a crucifix, and immediately before performing the assigned penance, say this prayer of thanksgiving –

Blessed be the Name of the Lord!

Lord God almighty, I give You thanks with all my heart for Your infinite compassion and for all the graces and blessings you bestow on me every moment of my life.

Although I could never merit it, You wash away my sins and purify my soul.

With a humble and contrite heart I returned to Your mercy and you sent it flowing over me as a mighty river! Sinful and sorrowful I came and with a broken spirit I kneeled and You forgot all my treasons!

Prostrating myself at Your feet, I renounce my sins against You, and all the sins of my past life.

I renew my Baptismal vows, and by the aid of Your divine grace, I firmly resolve to always detest sin more than death itself and to avoid the occasion to sin. AMEN.
