This seems to be a more modern ikon version based on the famous Ikon of the mother of God found in the Tomb of the Lord (Church of Holy Resurrection) in Jerusalem. sometimes called Icon of Mother of God of the chapel of Myr bearing woman. This is called the Sorrowful or Mourning Mother of God which I believe is what θρηνω means. But I cannot know what δουσ means - I am supposed that this is name of icon. Perhaps someone here speaking Greek will tell us. But this style has Mother of God looking down with eyes hidden by eye lids and seeming to be weeping. I do not know what she is holding. The preserved image in Jerusalem now only includes the head - so cannot say if original was like this. Ιn Russia and Ukraina this is called Скорбяшая богородица - obviously different from icon всех скорбящих радость (Joy of all people that are mourning).
