ICUC/PICO Organization

At my Parish in California (San Bernardino) our Sunday bulletin has an announcement of a community organization ICUC/PICO which has been given permission to organize the youth group for social issues in our area.

I’ve had a number of concerned parishioner email me that this is not a good group with hidden agenda. I’m on the hunt for any (verifiable) information on them, bad or good.
