Anybody have good ideas for our annual appreciation party? Fun games?
We have a home for elderly and vulnerable adults. Each year we have a party for our staff.
We have it at a restaurant (in a back room-type of thing). After dinner, we usually have little word puzzles or the like on the table and then have a program with years of service awards. There’s often some sort of game involved.

For example, once or twice, we had those being honored complete a little questionnaire about themselves (e.g., favorite book, childhood memory, place in the world they’d like to visit, etc. ) and then the others had to guess whose answer was whose.

It will be held Jan. 26, which, interestingly enough, is ‘Fun in the Workplace’ Day.

Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

We’ve done one where you hand out sheets of paper with the alphabet on them.Divide men adn women into mixed teams.
They have to come up an item in their purse, or pockets that starts with each letter .

A for altoids
B for balm
C for coins
etc.

Who Am I?
Pick one name for each person playing and stick that name on each person’s back or forehead. (such as George Washington or Mary Poppins) Each person gets 20 “yes or no” questions to find out who they are. This game is really funny as each person starts recounting what they know about themselves before asking their next question.
