If being a Catholic Christian were a criminal offense, would there be enough evidence against you to convict you?

I probably would not be convicted for reason of insanity. They would probably think that I am just a crazy guy and not a Catholic because I teach kids about hell and not not about holding hands during Mass. The government opinion of being a Catholic would probably be quite different from the Church’s one. 😃
 
If it got to the state of banning specific religions or denominations, I’m sure they’d convict and sent me to the “re-education camp” simply based on my Internet history (this site), being friends with Poles (mostly at least nominal Catholics) and the Jerusalem Bible I bought in my teenage years, even though I’m not Catholic.
