If the Mother is the Heart of the Family, Why Was I Not Missed?

I was looking at your lovely farm photos! I want to live there!

Also I read your blog about your patron saint. I have no idea who mine is.
 
neither did I till one week ago and i have been Catholic for almost 40 years!! my saint is in the Orthodox tradition
 
I just learned last week that we each have our very own guardian angels. I knew we had guardian angels, but I didn’t know we had a personal one, specifically for ourselves. How cool is that?
 
I read somewhere we were never to name our angels because we don’t have authority over them but I’ve never heard about praying for their name to be revealed. That’s pretty cool! I will try it. How long did you have to pray before it came to you?
 
years laughing…because I was too uptight and tried to hard so I gave up… then inspiration hit and when i turned to God, the name just popped into my head with a sense of joy…my husband has two angels

Madonna House Combemere practices this tradtion and I learned about it at their house of prayer in ottawa

well i am still A heart just not the centre, Jesus is THE heart, in charge and in control

You hit it on the head here - it always just amazes me that God is even aware of me, much less so involved in my life. And when He takes the time to show me how much He loves me, it’s even more astounding.
