If you use the Lord’s name in vain does it mean you will never be forgiven of those sins?

In Mark 3 v 29 it says “But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven he is guilty of eternal sin”…
Does that mean if you use the Lord’s name in vain does it mean you will never be forgiven of those sins?
