Good. It’s about time the courts sided with religion. If a pacifist can avoid the military draft on moral grounds, then private citizens shouldn’t be made to sell a product that they feel is immoral to use.

More needs to be done. Politicians like Blagojevich should be madde to pay for their actions by being thrown out of office and be subject to civin sanctions.
