I have begun to read the Bible from page one but I like to jump around and read Psalms and so on.
Where is a good place to begin reading Scriprture, is there a guide out there?

Thank You

May I humbly invite you to visit my website, linked below?

There is a downloadable guide to reading the Bible in a year at www.chresources.com; just click on the link on the far left side of the home page. Each day has two readings from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament. It also includes a guide to reading the Catechism of the Catholic Church in a year.

You may want to try this. This program is also on EWTN.
I definitely would not try to read the Bible front to back in that order.

Personally, I like reading the New Testament, but then following the comments to the various related Old Testament verses.

Check this out. I think you can also order the video from EWTN maybe. It is called Our Father’s Plan by Jeff Cavins and Scott Hahn.
