I’m seeing double . . .

Double pink lines. . …

Yup! Double pink lines on the ol’ pregnancy test. This is baby # 1 for me and hubby.

I have my first checkup to see how far along I am on the 26th. We are so excited. What a blessing from God!

We are going to keep it “top secret” for awhile though with friends and family. Just had to spill the beans with someone or else I would explode!

No silly… two pink lines just means “positive.”

(Well… then again it could mean twins… we just have to wait & see! :))

How exciting! Contratulations! I can appreicate you wanting to keep it mum for just a bit. Your secret’s safe with me!

Congratulations!!! I know JUST what you mean! We have a little secret of our own. It is so hard not to share the news but we are going to wait until I am in my second trimester.

It is not easy!!! Only my parents know and belive me, they CAN keep a secret. It is SOOOOO hard at work. I bet people are wondering why I am always in the bathroom!

As I just sat here reading all these posts - I realized I am grinning like a top notch fool. 😃 😛

I am a ball of bouncing off the walls, cant stop smiling, giddy pregnant woman mush.

Every ten minutes Benjamin and I look at each other and start giggling. My jaw actually hurts from so much smiling. I will gladly take that ache though - what a happy ache!

How long before I am supposed to settle down? I was worse than a kid before Christmas last night trying to sleep. :rolleyes:

Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement. It really means alot to have such well wishing. And as for the double lines . . . if that means twins I am in trouble!! Whoah buddy - wouldn’t that be a real humdinger! I’ll take them if that is what God gives me, but I probably will not be pining for them if this one comes out as well . . . one! 😃 ha ha ha
 
Wow, congratulations. My wife and I have 4 y.o. twins. Twins are a blessing in many ways. Thank God at every feeding 😃 . Tim
 
Twins here too… Twins are a double blessing! I once had a relative that had twin sons tell me he wouldn’t with twins on his worst enemy…I said me neither, but I would wish it on my best friends…

The morning sickness has not hit yet! I pray, pray, pray that it does not or at least is very weak if it does show. On one of the other threads you will see that my worst phobia/fear is vomiting . . . Oh brother!!!

But I am staying hopeful. According to “What to Expect When You Are Expecting” - only 1/3 to 1/2 of women ever experience this. Hello, God? Can I please be part of that 2/3 or 1/2 that does not get pukey? Please! 😃

I do have the wastebasket next to the bed, just in case . . . :o 😦
 
You may never have morning sickness. My mom NEVER had it. I didn’t have it with my first two but have been feeling a bit queasy with #3. Oh well. At least it cuts down on my appetite!

A bond was very find out that she is pregnant. She announced it was twins. She knows this because she bought a two pack pregnancy test and they were both positive.
