I'm so burnt out!

Please pray for spiritual strength for me. I’m so tired and so burnt out.

I know I shouldn’t be, but I am.

& I’m becoming angry with God. Logic doesn’t help this. I know who God is, but I don’t feel it anymore and I’m just so tired of trying to be good.

A year ago what I’m writing wouldn’t have made any sense to me. Yes, I’m bringing this to God. I haven’t stopped praying. I’m just so exausted and it’s making me angry even though that isn’t logical.

Thank you all for your prayers!! If you only knew how much of God’s love I see - because you too have loved me.

I can’t pray long prayers anymore. Prayers are so painful to me. I don’t understand. But I’ve prayed for each of you and for myself in my own tiny ways.

I pray we joyfully greet each other on the day of Jesus’s return. I hope for a hug from each of you!

Please don’t forget that in a weakened state, it’s the love we receive from God’s people that gives us an image of God’s love… Hopefully we all give an image of what’s true.

I really can’t thank you enough… And every person who sees my difficulty and lifts their heart to God for me.

I feel like I’m losing my grip on God. I don’t want the allure of sin and fear of suffering to pull me away from him any more. I barely follow anymore… And I can’t seem to make myself face any suffering for virtue. I don’t love God above all things. I just don’t.

So I pray, and ask you to pray… That God gives me a new heart… a heart that loves Him above all things… And a new stregnth to follow Him and all that’s good in His sight.
