since Jesus is free from Original Sin

can we also declare that there is an immaculate concepcion of Christ?

Because Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, the term incarnation (God becoming man) is used to describe this event.

Hi Marlo,

Jesus being a divine person is not subject to original sin. He needed no special privilege.

Some unschooled individuals talk of the Immaculate Conception of Jesus when they really mean the Virgin Birth.
