Is there a list of immoral tactics? false surrendering and combatant dressing as civilians certainly sinful. but how about espionage, kamikaze in WW2(not modern terrorists)?
If it’s in CCC please show me which passage not just recommending me to buy the CCC? I can read CCC online but here’s no book if not banned by goverment.

I doubt the Church has drawn up a list of banned tactics.

I don’t think that espionage is sinful.

The United Nations Charter, Geneva conventions and the Hague conventions have established laws of wartime conduct. There are also many unwritten “laws” that are understood by both parties, mostly based on respect and retaliation. Problem with our globalized society is that the East and the West have different norms.
