Does anyone know where I can find a sticker with “I am a Catholic. Please call a priest” that I can put on my driver’s liscense? I know there are many visor clips and medals with this on them, but I don’t think police/EMS would know to look or even take it seriously. I think they’d be more prone to look at the liscense. Or, does anyone know of walet-sized card with this written on it?

Thanks in advance.

God bless.

If you will join the Knights of Columbus, you will be issued a wallet-sized membership card which says, on the back:
In case of accident, illness, or need of the member to whom this card was issued, please notify a priest and …
[Then lists the name and address of a leader of your council]

I don’t know if this helps. But if you go to
www.ebay.com and search for “Call a priest” there are 3 different metals that are on sale that say “I am Catholic, call a priest”

Wearing a medal on a necklace or bracelet can be helpful and has a good chace of being noticed. I’m a first aid attendant and part of the protocols we follow is to check for medic alert tags on neck, wrist, and ankle, as well as tattoos on the inside of the forearm, which are becoming much more common. We certainly don’t check driver’s lisceneses.

Why don’t you just write that exact thing on a card and place it in your wallet? Nothing fancy and I’m betting it does the trick.

The Catholic Truth Society sell wallet cards with just that information on them - I’ve seen an example at one of their shops 🙂
