In Genesis where is the part God created the Outerspace?

Acts 1:11

New International Version
“Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”

New Living Translation
“Men of Galilee,” they said, “why are you standing here staring into heaven? Jesus has been taken from you into heaven, but someday he will return from heaven in the same way you saw him go!”

English Standard Version
and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”

I am not sure what you are disagreeing with.

The science and cosmology of the day (nothing to do with religion) has long been disproved and discarded.
Heaven is no longer considered a place locatable in the same physical space as ourselves.
It must therefore be in some other dimension.

Your quotes have nothing to say on this matter.

On the first verse he created Heaven and Earth.
Next “Let there be light”.
Or… God created space before Heaven and Earth.
Or maybe God created Heaven and Earth and then he created the Big bang “Let there be light”?
I’m not being Agnostic, I just found it on “Catholic Talk Show” they were talking about the Big Bang and this made me so curious.

The expression “heavens and the earth” is a Hebrew way of saying “everything.”
