Just wanted to check and see if anyone knows if this book is safe for Catholic use? He’s S.J., but then again, another book recommended to me and authored by an S.J. was totally unorthodox and seriously flirting with immoral suggestions (in my untrained opinion).

So far, this book seems good and totally orthodox (whereas in the last I was constantly feeling a gut reaction against the words of the book). I was just hoping someone knew, since the same person loaned me both books.

I searched online but to no avail.

I got ahold of that book through dynamiccatholic.com’s free book program. I seen nothing in it that would go agaist Catholic teaching. I found it very helpful in my prayer life.
 
Thanks for your (name removed by moderator)ut. Myself also, I have found no problems yet; I am just wary because of the last one.
 
Yeah that would be a concern. dynamiccatholic.com has several books like it for free (you do have to pay S&H though) Most of which are geared toward the New Evangalization.
