Hello friends,

The inauguration of the new Syro-Malankara Catholic Eparchy of USA and Canada took place this past weekend on January 23, 2016. Picture and video of the event are in the included link for anyone interested. I myself am a Syro-Malabar Catholic, but my mother is from the Malankara church. I continue to pray for my Malankara and all my Catholic brethren.

Now there are three eparchies that cover both the US and Canada (there’s also an Armenian one and a Romanian one).

Not an eparchy, but the Anglican Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter also covers all the US and Canada. These bishops have huge territories to cover!
