Has anyone heard of this?

It would be cool if Spielberg tackled another Judeo-Christian artifact…

“The Sons of Darkness” was a script which surfaced in 1996 that may have been the first official script and adventure idea for Indy 4.

It had Indy on a trek to Mt Ararat in the 50s. “Sons of Darkness” was a title reference to pre-flood man.

I would have enjoyed it, perhaps they may still be on that path.
 
I thought I read they all had finally agreed on a script - but I don’t know what the basic for the script was.
 
There are many stories going around this week about Cate Blanchett being in negotiations to co-star in the new Indy Jones movie…
 
I cannot imagine that 60-something year old Harrison Ford will be doing this movie. And anyone else as Indiana Jones just wouldn’t work.

Harrison Ford is confirmed as being signed and on board. His age is being taken into account in the script.
 
It’s funny because when I got home last night my wife had the news on and they did a teaser for a story on who Ford’s leading lady may be. So you had a timely post colliric!
