Indulgence Year of the Eucharist

Two gain the plenary indulgence, I have two questions.
  1. Now that John Paul 2 is in heaven, how do we fulfill the requirement to pray for the intention of the Pope. Does praying for him deceased suffice, the conclave or is the requirement droped.
  2. Does one have to recite both Vespers and Compline to receive the indulgence before the blessed sacrament? Being a college student, I tend to head to be quite late so praying compline with vespers seems to defeat the purpose of compline as just before you go to bed.
Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.
