Maybe this is a dumb question but I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not the old indulgences for crusaders might apply now for soldiers headed to Iraq?
Probly not but, I’m curious about this.🤷

Do you have/can you find the text of these indulgences?
They could definitely earn indulgences while they’re there, but I don’t think there’s anything particularly holy or advancing to the Church inherently in serving in the military specifically in Iraq.
