I was just wondering with the chair of Peter now vacant. We always say prayers for the intention of the Holy Father in order to gain an indulgence. Can we gain indulgences now?

Yes, Pope John Paul II had intentions published for the month of April, they are still his intentions. Pray for them, and pray for him.
