Our new parochial vicar has the initials “JCL” after his name. Is this indicative of an order (if so, which one?) or a degree? Thanks to anyone who can help.
The Degree is open to clergy and lay people. Pete Vere is a JCL, and a married man. He worked in the Diocese of Scranton after he attained the Degree, working with the FSSP. He is now studying for his Masters.
