Here is a really hot topic:

Are black people generally allowed to adopt children that are other races besides black?

I only recall hearing about one family in which the parents(maybe it was a single mother) were black, and there was at least one white adoptive child.

I have seen white people adopting children of practically every race, which I do not object to, but is there some bias against black people adopting non-blacks?

Well of course they’re “allowed” too lol! Maybe in black culture theres more of a stigma attached. I also know they have a very hard time finding black babies adoptive families, which makes me believe theres a low percentage of black families who adopt for whatever reason. Also, white babies get snatched up very quickly in America.
