Intercession of Saints

Hi. I believe that the saints are in heaven praying for us. But from what I’m reading and hearing, particularly from this forum kinda confuses me. I need help and direction. Please.

Can you clarify your question and let us know what is confusing you? I’m not really sure where to begin.

You are correct in saying that the saints in Heaven are praying for us. You could even ask those in Purgatory to pray for you! Do we have to ask for intercession from the saints? Well, it is not a requirement for salvation which comes from God’s grace, but asking the saints to pray for you certainly does help! We ask our friends and family on Earth to intercede for us all the time. We should ask our friends and family in Heaven to pray for us as well! So many saints themselves had a special devotion to Mary! The Memorare is also a wonderful prayer that you could pray! Hope this helps! God bless!!
