I received a call from IFCJ today and was told that Rabbi Eckstein appreciated my prior donation and wanted to know if I would again donate. However, I do not think I had ever heard of IFCJ and know that I did not contribute. From the twenty second pitch from the woman who called, it certainly sounded okay. I told her that but also told her that I am quite careful about the groups to which I donate and asked for the website so that I could research them before I committed to a donation. www.ifcj.org

Is anyone familiar with this group and have an opinion?

I also received a letter in the mail from them (IFCJ), They’re based on Chicago.
I wonder if they receive my address from Mercy Home for boys and girls which is also located in Chicago.
I’m also trying to find out from Catholic forum if anyone has ever contributed to this organization or not?
