Yesterday at mass I noticed a woman take the host from the priest, carry it to the EMHC with the cup and dip it. She then proceeded to her seat before consuming the host. Our pastor is out of town and we had a visiting priest. Should I talk to the pastor when he gets back? I hate to be a tattle tale.

Yes, you should, if you feel comfortable speaking with your regular pastor about such matters. You shouldn’t tell him the name of the woman or the EMHC (assuming you know their names) - just tell him what you observed and express your concern.

It is definitely an abuse.
 
Thank you for the answer. I think I will talk to him. I don’t know the woman’s name, I haven’t seen at mass before.
