Intro to Eastern Catholicism

Hi y’all,

I’m curious to learn more about eastern Catholicism and their traditions and customs and liturgy and spirituality (so pretty much all of it). I love the spirituality and adopt the prayer rope and other things into my daily prayer routine. I also love the use of iconography and, from my brief experiences with the Orthodox Church, with the very traditional liturgy.

So, any resources or guides would be very helpful not only to me but I know to a lot of others on here who are interested in eastern catholicism.

I would also like to point out that if you like traditional liturgy, remember there is also the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite (aka traditional Latin Mass).

Depending on where you live, it might be easier to find an Extraordinary Form Mass than an Eastern Catholic Divine Liturgy.
