I have searched past multiple pages of google search results trying to find the answer to my question. When I’m praying and I get really involved and deep into a spiritual mood, I tend to experience some physical reactions. I’ve heard of crying, laughing, resting, and even my palms burning but there is one I have never heard of, and can’t find anything about. I will often have a sensation of someone elses hands holding mine, or moving them. I can feel with my eyes closed my hands drifting through the air or turning over towards the sky or eachother. I have even had an experience where my arms were lifted above my head in a T shape as I was standing, and I could not put them down. What does this mean?? Or why does this happen?? I don’t know, I just have so many questions about this occurrence, it leaves me breathless every time and I want to understand it.

I’m not sure. If it’s involuntary it may not be good. Talk to your priest about this.
