MADE IN AMERICA…with Irish parts!! LOL Mixture of Irish, Scottish, English, EARLY Canadian, Colonial US, Italian & Armenian Some were Catholics some werent. I was anglican, but I fixed that :coffeeread: Been w. the church for 2 years & it’s still just like any other church really, I mean socially. You have the ones ya think the church should issued a gun & badge to, ya have the ones the know EVERYONES business, ya have the ones that think the service is over once the eucharist goes down their throat, you have the ones ready to post judgement on you or anyone else for that matter, so I figure, well, I agree w. the teachings, I’ll let the rest of them run around in circles if they want. Granted I have my flaws as well, but that pretty much is the make-up of any parish or congregation.
Actually, since this appears to be one of a celtic nature I wonder if anyone has any tips on how to keep too much air form coming out of the bagpipes throught the pipes. I just got a new set & granted the reed has to be broken in @ the melody pipe, I have to squeeze the daylights out of it & blow like my life depends on it to sustain a note for 2 seconds. THAT isn’t right. Any other fellow pipers in here, feel free to chime in, but I’ll tell you what, I’m getting frustrated, LOL! Everything is air tight, & no air leaks, I was considering corks…w. holes in them
