Is a full meal meant to be dinner during Lenten Fasting?

One full meal (sufficient enough to keep physical strength), and two very small meals is my understanding of Lenten fasting. After browsing threads about it, I noticed most people had a full meal for dinner. Is this like a traditional practice that a full meal be taken as dinner? I have had a full meal during lunch for 10 years after Baptism. Even if it is allowed to be full, I try to eat only 1/2 - 2/3 of my usual meal so that I get hungry around the time of Mass in the evening. I eat it as lunch, because I work hard in the office and I cannot think clearly on an empty stomach. But if it is traditionally a dinner thing, I will try eating may be a cup of Yogurt and have a full meal after the evening Mass from the next time.

There are no requirements for which meal is the full one. You may eat your full meal at any mealtime.

You can eat your full meal whenever you want.

Also, some people refer to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Others refer to breakfast, dinner, and supper. So without context don’t assume “dinner” is referring to the evening meal or the noon meal, it could be either.
