If the Husband is the Head, is the Wife to obey him always with out question? Explain the Wife is the Heart? I understand our Catholic faith to say in marriage intimate relations are correct when given freely (meaning you are desiring to give yourself to your spouse not that your spouse is free to request you) with the intention of making the other person happy and not seeking happiness for yourself. I am told this is wrong and that our faith teaches a wife gives herself completely to her Husband when she marries and she no longer has a choice when to give herself to him. She must freely give herself to him when ever he desires her and with joy.
