Actually two questions:

we all know that property becomes “non-property” when it becomes unnatural aka unjust. But how does one empirically know when IP or any law is unjust?

An unreasonable law is unjust but everyone has their reasons for breaking a law -If a person were to make an illegal turn when there is no reason to fear a collision -then does that law become unreasonable and the illegality become just?

  1. I guess when it conflicts with Catholics social or moral teachings. 🤷 Can you give an example of where an IP law might be unjust? Maybe a panepidemic running amok and a company has a patent on the only medication that will save millions of lives and the company will not share the formula, even though the company simply cannot make enough of the drug to save millions of lives?
  2. In this example, the illegal turn is illegal presumably because it is inherantly a dangerous turn to make.
