Is All Saints Day a holy day this year?

A Holy Day of Obligation is coming up on a saturday at the end of October. I regularly attend the Vigil Mass on Saturday evening.

Do I need to go to Mass Saturday morning and then again on Saturday evening?

Or will my Vigil Mass cover me for the Holy Day?
 
In 2014 All Saints Day is not a Holy Day of Obligation. Because it falls on a Saturday the Obligation is abrogated.

USCCB:
Whenever January 1, the solemnity of Mary, Mother of God, or August 15, the solemnity of the Assumption, or November 1, the solemnity of All Saints, falls on a Saturday or on a Monday, the precept to attend Mass is abrogated.
