Is america affected by the snow March 2018

It is snowing out here and it can be tricky travelling. Anyone else having this situation?
 
Today is actually sunny and clear, which is nice as it has been cloudy and rainy for the last few days.
Traveling in snow is always tricky. I have not heard the weather forecasts yet, so I am not sure what is happening elsewhere in the nation.
 
It is raining now in Los Angeles, which is as close to snow as we ever get. Not as cold, but it still causes pandemonium on our roadways 😠. It is good though, we need the rain 🌧️
 
Is it more likely there will be Spring floods with all the (extra?) snow?
 
Pansies…🥀::. crying over a little bit of rain. 😩 It.s snowing here in Philly with wind gusts 50-55 mph. It was close to 70- 5 days ago. A walk in the park.Be safe. God bless

Coating of snow this morning, but it’s all but gone now. It’s quite windy

There are flash flood watches until Sunday, The ground has not thawed much so the rain just kind of runs off rather than soak in.
