How do we know that 38,000.000 Americans voted?

An announcer said so, so we believed.

What prevents someone from voting more than once, or a computer placing multiple calls?

Noticing that the men have been put down of late. What if one of them came on stage dressed as a woman and sang “I am a natural Woman” and all of a sudden we find him the American Idol.

I can just here the homosexual saying see Americans Idolizes us.

Ah, the culture wars and how they play out.

Do Not count this one out, thinking it over first.

Do a reality check…

This is a very strange rant to be sure.

Yeah, all the guys are going to be voted off, most of them stink this year in comparison to some of the amazing women on the show.

And I also think that all will be left at the end are black girls, and everyone else will be voted off.

Do I think any of this is a conspiracy or racist? No - I think it has to do with who has talent, who is popular, and who people vote for.

And yes - you CAN vote as often as you want. There is nothing to stop that - it’s part of how it works. :rolleyes:

No - it is free to vote. It only costs if you vote from your cell phone.

There is no “democracy of the rich”. :rolleyes:

No, it doesn’t cost money to vote. You call a toll free number. You can try to call for as long as you have the time to dial. Sometimes it takes a very long time to get through because so many people are calling. They found a way to block computer voting after the 2nd season.
 
I think I do agree with the poster above, who mentioned that the girls are better. Generally, they are definitely better compared to the guys.

I haven’t watched any of this season, or really, the last 5 seasons, but I think women have a natural advantage, as they’re just more pleasant to listen to.

I have never watched it. Shows like that are irrelevant to every day life.

But fun. Last night they sang Diana Ross songs, quite a disadvantage for the men, who were all pretty bad. Melinda, LaKisha and Jordid were all really really good. My early guess is Melinda to win, with LaKisha second. They look like pros.

But I think the people on Nashville Star are much more polished overall.
 
One more good reason to be selective about the programs you watch. If you think it’s a farce, turn it off. —KCT

it is a “Reality” show after all

worthless waste of broadcasting air-time
same with all the other so-called ‘reality’ shows that has infested the networks
 
results show …I think Sanjaia is going home and don’t have a pick for the girls.
